The article discusses the notion and methods of Chinese-style globalization, with a focus on Central Asian countries. It highlights forms of PRC’s economic influence on the region, including investments, financing the real sector of the economy, developing trade infrastructure, and establishing a network of Chinese trade communities. These communities serve as strongholds and points of economic penetration for Chinese migrants into Central Asia. Labor migration and the establishment of Chinese migrant networks are key components of Chinese-style globalization. A close relationship is observed between Chinese investments and migration, as they are often simultaneous and mutually dependent. The article notes a trend toward increasing consolidation of the PRC's position in the Central Asian region.
